The office and the associates are great. But when I pulled up to the building, it looked abandoned with overgrown weeds and half dead bushes, Whomever owns the building is lacking a decent upkeep.
The sleep tech, John, is rude, biased and unprofessional. My sleep apnea "isn't that bad" and I have "a fish hook in my nose". Oh and "of COURSE I want to try the nasal piece" (after he tried to dissuade me). The snide comments, unwarranted sarcasm, and overall poor attitude made me walk out of the sleep center after leaving work early, driving 40 miles, and waiting over a month for this appointment.
