I would rate this place zero stars right now every single time I tried calling nobody wants to answer their phone what are you people there for if you don't answer the damn phone every single one of you people that don't want to answer the phone should be ashamed of yourselves and should be fired absolutely disgrace to Rhode Island and people that need the help I am already going to start looking for a new place to go to for my sleep medicine because nobody wants to answer the phone unbelievable you people are.
It takes months of calling and leaving messages (they NEVER answer the phone and return calls within a few days) to schedule an appointment, after they repeatedly pretend your doctor's referral did not show on their fax machine, or they lost the disk with your images. Just the usual Brown Health Medical Group organization.
Trying to get through on the phone is awful
Cannot get anyone on the phone and the receptionist is rude
Good luck with ever trying to get in contact with this office. Never picks up the phone during regular working hours despite multiple attempts on different days. The care provided by the medical staff is excellent otherwise, but communication makes this an extremely frustrating experience.
