Good luck with ever trying to get in contact with this office. Never picks up the phone during regular working hours despite multiple attempts on different days. The care provided by the medical staff is excellent otherwise, but communication makes this an extremely frustrating experience.
I have waited almost 3 weeks for a simple CT Scan. Go anywhere else. They are absurdly slow. Even after calling them numerous times, they say they're going to work on getting it scheduled, and then zero progress. It's tough when you're sick and scared, and it feels like they don't care.
My doctor sent 6 faxed referrals and 1 mailed out paper referral over the span of 2 1/2 months.. I called each time to see if they received it & they say my name is not in the system. I ended up obtaining my paper referral form from my doctor’s office and bringing it to this location my self in person. In addition, there is only one receptionist talking to clients while there are a bunch of people in line. Good if you can teach them. Phone doesn’t answer or take messages.
It did take some time to get an appointment, but I am SO glad I was patient. My provider is Lauren Cushing and she is just wonderful. She went above and beyond to take care of my concerns, responded quickly on the patient portal, and has been extremely helpful. I am so glad I was referred to this practice.
