My doctor sent 6 faxed referrals and 1 mailed out paper referral over the span of 2 1/2 months.. I called each time to see if they received it & they say my name is not in the system. I ended up obtaining my paper referral form from my doctor’s office and bringing it to this location my self in person. In addition, there is only one receptionist talking to clients while there are a bunch of people in line. It did take some time to get an appointment, but I am SO glad I was patient. My provider is Lauren Cushing and she is just wonderful. She went above and beyond to take care of my concerns, responded quickly on the patient portal, and has been extremely helpful. I am so glad I was referred to this practice.
Dr.i seen was informative an knew what she was doing.so pleased I was able to get in.
Seek a different sleep doctor because you will never get these people on the phone. We've had a script outstanding for over 9 months for replacement CPAP and they never did their due diligence to provide information to get the script filled. Now I'm stuck attempting to get an appointment and they won't pick up the phone to schedule.
