This was most worse experience I ever had. My mom had a Dr appointment for today on October 21,2024 . Upon our arrival the receptionist Sheryl never looked up to greet us and said how can I help you with her eyes still on her computer. I told her my mom is here for her 4:15p appointment she perceed to tell me someone call and left a message on my phone that my mom appointment was canceled. My mom transported my grandmother here today after scheduling an appointment a month ago. Upon arrival the receptionist in the Dr’s office notified my mother that the appointment had been canceled! When asked why we weren’t notified about the appointment being canceled. We were told someone “called” & notified us of there cancellation which was absolutely false. My mother asked could my grandmother be seen due to her serious medical condition along with already taking off work to bring her in but was still turned around. The... read more
Had my appointment set for 2 months in advance. They called me on a Saturday, 2 days before the scheduled time to say that they had to reschedule. I wish my time was as valuable as theirs!!! What an AWEFUL way to do business.
I was referred by my primary care physician for a CT scan. I went in for the appointment with dr.Manjunath and after a lengthy questioning and filling out of paperwork thinking why do these folks need family history, so I said, "I am hear for a ct scan". The doctor had no clue at all, so 2.5 hrs. on the road, an hr at their office, and $32 later I go home.
Dr. Jayramen is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable and personable. He really cares for his patients and the office staff is also wonderful!!
