Unfortunately, although the providers are good, the communication is absolutely abhorrent. The medical assistant listed inaccurate medications, leading to my insurance company denying a medication , and they never responded to my request to amend/correct the record to reflect that. When calling to speak to a medical assistant, they take a message , but the issues never seem to be resolved. Seriously they need a new person answering the phones. The person that they have is rude and always trying to rush you off the phone. If they need to hire more people, then do it because of not they will continue to lose patients to other hospitals and trust me St.Francis can't afford that to happen.
SFH Pulmonary Dept Office staff is very rude. They do not return phone calls or book procedures as instructed by MDs. Do not answer messages sent to them thru my chart. Been waiting for almost 2 weeks for a Bronscopy to be booked. Doctors are great but staff makes it impossible to be a patient there.
