Would not recommend this place to anyone unfortunately. Crazy wait times once you arrive. The lady next to me in the lobby said she had waited almost 2 hours to be seen! Also impossible to get ahold of anyone for anything- Rx refills, med questions, insurance questions, etc. Everything takes weeks to accomplish. Cherry on top? Dr did not even listen to my lungs until I specifically asked! Currently looking for a new pulmonologist because this definitely is not sustainable or particularly helpful.
Will not see you without you social security number which is very odd and you aren’t legally required to give. Very sketchy
The staff and Dr Miller were great during my visit but I had a sleep study done 2 weeks ago. I haven't received a call or an update since. I have called several times but their mailbox is full. I sent an email and talked to scheduling about having the medical asst call me but still have heard nothing. This is extremely unprofessional. Go somewhere else if you need a sleep study.
The office staff was rude and inconsistent in their communication with my mother. They offered her an appointment for 10 a.m. the next day but only notified her at 4 p.m. the day before. When my mother said she would need to cancel another important appointment to attend, they told her she could only keep the new one if she submitted all of her diagnostic tests that same day. Disabled Veterans utilizing Community Care, This is not the place for you, veterans are clearly 2nd hand people here. Your time is worthless here unless you have no life whatsoever and are OK with staff lying to your face and no Dr,s available when your appointment time has come and gone, Waiting room seating becomes uncomfortable after over 1.5 hours of waiting and being lied to.
