I called to schedule a new patient appointment for a lung biopsy for possible cancer. I was told to fill out the patient questionable form; I did and I got the call today to schedule. The lady informs me that they are scheduling out to MAY and I declined bc of my condition. No response just hung up.

This location doesn't respond to you or return any of your calls. We've been waiting for my mom's sleep apnea machine to be ordered since July. I've called and left multiple messages and I'm told I will receive a call back but nothing. Today the lady who answered the line was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me mid sentence!

This review is only based off the intake process, I never made it in. My doctor sent a referral and I called in three times to check on status, was told to wait for a call from the scheduler each time. After almost two weeks I called in and was told that they must have never received it. But I can sign up as a new patient on the website. And as a heads up, new patient appointments are still several months out. I am cutting my losses.

Would not recommend this place to anyone unfortunately. Crazy wait times once you arrive. The lady next to me in the lobby said she had waited almost 2 hours to be seen! Also impossible to get ahold of anyone for anything- Rx refills, med questions, insurance questions, etc. Everything takes weeks to accomplish. Cherry on top? Dr did not even listen to my lungs until I specifically asked! Currently looking for a new pulmonologist because this definitely is not sustainable or particularly helpful.
