I called to make a new patient appointment and was basically talked out of using this office. “Long wait so call somewhere else.” Rep was rude on the phone and I will not use them based on my initial contact.

I was seen as a self pay patient, visit was almost $500 to be seen a first time, now I’m trying to make a second appointment and now they have zero appointments with any provider of the next year or so… since the doctor who seen my first left they will not see me with a new doctor or at they’re facility, that’s honestly so ridiculous and makes absolutely no sense. Don’t come here they will take your first visit pay and make sure you don’t get scheduled again

I called to schedule a new patient appointment for a lung biopsy for possible cancer. I was told to fill out the patient questionable form; I did and I got the call today to schedule. The lady informs me that they are scheduling out to MAY and I declined bc of my condition. No response just hung up.
