Just called to try to reschedule an appointment they scheduled and then last minute cancelled for my boyfriend and the lady wouldn’t let me reschedule because I’m not listed on his chart (we are getting that fixed). confidentiality is understandable she is just doing her job but professionalism is lacking because instead of calmly stating this she chose to scream it at me over the phone like a 5 year old. This is not a medical office, this is a place where you will go and be ripped off. I was sent by my doctor for pulmonary test, instead of the test I saw doctor Ahmed for no longer than 5 min, pretty much just to meet him and I received a charge of $479. The doctor scheduled the “test” for 45 days later. How convenient to charge me outrages fee for just meeting me and to have the opportunity to rip me off again. SHAME-FULL!!!

the number of stars this place has is for good reason. heather was very inconsiderate on the phone and hardly helpful, hopefully she has a better day tomorrow because if anyone else is treated that harshly i feel sorry for them. the communication this facility has with their patients is also below average and very disappointing.
