Dr. MATARIA IS THE BEST !! Very welcoming place the atmosphere is peaceful. They are very professional and caring . The staff is amazing.
This is an upsetting review to have to write, because I do like Dr. Mataria, and when you do deal with the staff they are friendly. Here is the biggest problem, and I can confirm the other reviews of 1 start are spot on accurate. Most of the time you call and go to a call center, they are usually nice people, but they have to then call the office to get you the attention you need. I have been coming here since 2019. Not sure why they are using an answering service during the day. I have two lung conditions and called 02-26-26 requesting a prescription for a new nebulizer because my current one stopped working. I called back on 03-03-26 to check the status and was told from someone at the front desk - I will check and call you back. It’s 03-03-26 and I still have not received the prescription or a response/callback. Yet my doctor has been sending me vitamin's since 11-2025 every month, without any noti... read more
