My experience with Pulmonary Consultants was disappointing on several levels. First, the technology they utilize is significantly outdated. During my consultation, they were unable to zoom in on my CT scan for a clearer view, which raised concerns about the quality of their diagnostic process. The billing system is equally antiquated. This office is the WORST. They were SO rude on the phone. These poor patients.
I don’t know how this office gets good reviews. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and it’s always the same thing. They never schedule the CT scan, then my appointment has to be rescheduled. This is the 4th time in 3 yrs they have done this to me and now, I am done with them.
The young lady at at the check-in desk her name is Tamia I believe, is a ray of sunshine.
Dr Brook is amazing. This is a very busy place. Yet, I am a priority. Dr Brook listens. I always feel heard and understood. The staff manages all my calls and needs with professionalism and kindness.
