I had a very disappointing experience at this doctor’s office. The staff were rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. The woman who brought me back to check my weight and do the breathing test became irritated because I was having difficulty breathing the way she instructed me to. My experience with Pulmonary Consultants was disappointing on several levels. First, the technology they utilize is significantly outdated. During my consultation, they were unable to zoom in on my CT scan for a clearer view, which raised concerns about the quality of their diagnostic process. The billing system is equally antiquated. I don’t know how this office gets good reviews. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and it’s always the same thing. They never schedule the CT scan, then my appointment has to be rescheduled. This is the 4th time in 3 yrs they have done this to me and now, I am done with them.
