The most frustrating medical process I've ever encountered in my 46 years of life! In my opinion, I absolutely recommend to go somewhere else!!!!! I am livid! It keeps getting worse! In My opinion, these people are absolutely horrible!!
The doctor here I believe worked at another company back in 2024. I had a home sleep study in Jan 2024, and paid i believe a couple grand for this. I received a bill June 2026 from this business. I never saw the doctor. The phone number on the bill goes to an overseas number, and the website doesn't exist. I called this office to even find out if this real and they went home for the day at 4pm when hours say 5pm.

Jana is a great provider very efficient and well-versed in carrying for patients. She took time out to call me regarding concerning test results. She was very reassuring and discussed options with me in a very caring and professional manner. Highly recommend this clinic.
Feels like thieves to me. I was trying to pay a bill for the referral company Honor Health and thought this was part of Honor Health. I asked the front desk if I could pay towards my bill but they applied my money to a surprise bill and when I asked for a refund I was told no and to talk to someone else who wasn't available to transfer me to but gave me an extension number and asked me to call a number where there is no prompt in the automated system, unheard of.
