Feels like thieves to me. I was trying to pay a bill for the referral company Honor Health and thought this was part of Honor Health. I asked the front desk if I could pay towards my bill but they applied my money to a surprise bill and when I asked for a refund I was told no and to talk to someone else who wasn't available to transfer me to but gave me an extension number and asked me to call a number where there is no prompt in the automated system, unheard of. Have been trying to contact them for over a week for my prescription. Haven’t replied to my voicemail or email in over 7 days and I’m calling them at during office hours and no answer from the front desk. Have no idea how this place is in business.
I was told to follow up here after this doctor read my sleep test results at Honor Health. My appt was with the doctor, but they told me he was running behind and I could start with the NP then the doc would come in. The tech who brought me to my room left her sign in credentials on visible on the unlocked computer to patient record portal and left me in the room. Jana Haney is kind, focused, and professional. She obviously knows her field of expertise, we discussed my test results and she made recommendations confidently. I had avoided the sleep apnea conversation for a long time. Jana said to me "treatment for sleep apnea can be life changing" and it truly has been! I felt very informed and comfortable with our conversation and her recommendations for treatment. I gave her 5 Stars because 6 Stars was not an option.
Dr. Khaled was very helpful. He took the time to explain the medical results and provided great recommendation.
