I was given the wrong location despite asking for clarification 3 times in my confirmation call and I felt confident I knew where to go. Today was my appt. I parked on time and walked in but was then redirected 3 times to different help/info desks. I had tried calling before I even left work to get there and they never answered their phones. When I finally was directed to the right pace I had been running around for half an hour and the doors were locked. I had been waiting for this appointment for months.
