I feel heard! My asthma has been very poorly controlled for YEARS! I saw Jenna Kinner today and she listened to and addressed every one of my concerns. I feel good about getting my asthma under control and getting back to living! AND MY NURSE REBECCA! Talk about a good spirit and great service! Thank you all so much!

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Patel and his entire staff. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with a warm smile, which immediately made me feel at ease. Everyone is over all very kind. The office looks outdated. Front desk is very distracted, not welcoming at all. I was sent a referral in the mail with a sticky note attached stating I needed to get blood work done. That's very ghetto. As I was checking in an employee was informing another patient of a balance on their account. I work in health care and didn't pass my customer service expectations. Will likely not be returning.
