I really like the Dr there but if you ever have to call, forget it! IF they answer the phone, they are rude and act like they are doing you a big favor just to talk to you. I have left so many messages on the refill line, I have lost track but it's been 3 weeks now that I call every other day. I have never encountered an office staff as unprofessional and uncaring about patients as these people. I would change Dr's if I didn't actually like the Dr that I see. This place has the worst receptionists!
Had my breathing test today with anareya (probably miss spell sorry) she is a asset to the pulmonary team as well as dr mc ilmoyle for her professionalism an knowledge of her field the doctor answered all my questions.Thank you.
If you are looking for a pulmonology practice where the reception staff is completely devoid of empathy, and is wholly indifferent to helping you, this is the place for you. Thank you for making me feel like an idiot who was wasting your time!
Be careful with the front desk at this office. I can't tell you how many times Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb (Black lady and Asian lady) have zero clue as to what they are doing. Asian lady told my husband he had an outstanding balance. I questioned it because we pay every time we are in the office. When I questioned her she said "I don't have any clue". WHAT!
