They sent a form to me with not enough postage, that was my first clue. They make appointment take five minutes reading form, but don’t have the sleep study in stock, poor logistics. Three weeks later they call to say it’s in stock and come back in. First of all no, you should of had it the first time I went, secondly no you should have made the appointment when you did have it. Next they have the audacity to charge me over 550.00 for doing nothing. This firm should not be allowed to practice or do business.
A pulmonary patient directs a pulmonary question to their pulmonary specialist about the possible effects of a medical gas used in a dental procedure, and the patient is told to get the answer from their dentist. Make sense to you?
I would give this place ZERO stars if possible. Poorly managed by a bunch of drama filled staff.
This place is not well managed. On two different occasions we have waited for at least an hour for the doctor to show up in the patient room. That does not include the time we got here early to check in. The staff and doctors are lovely but they need to get their scheduling under control. Clearly the appointments take longer than scheduled.
Second appointment. Same as the first hoping the experience would be different. Nice people but the place is a mill. No diagnosis just a request for more tests. Also the charges are so high compared to other specialists that I filed a complaint with the BB of VA.
