You have to have a back up system because Computers do fail. Daughter has waited over a month to get in then you have to cancel all appointments because your computers went down. There used to be a system that worked, it was called a paper chart!! Come on guys, you have got to have a backup system. Patients depend on you. You seriously couldn’t have seen a new patient without a computer? Does it tell you how to diagnose your patient. Disappointing to see how reliant we have become to computers. Dr Cox is from our neck of the woods here in Nicholas Co. and we really like him. We are so fortunate that he and his assistant Scott have always taken great care of my husband.
receptionist making mistakes on appointments (making multiple appointment dates) and blaming the problem on patients. receptionist giving attitude and snarky responses when you ask questions. doctors are fine, but I'd fire every one of the receptionist they have. I will be looking for a new doctor. if I can't trust you enough to make an appointment, I sure as heck dont trust you with my medical problems!!
