Very impersonal, recorded my voice without my permission, just flat did it, I was there to Larrisa, not some Nurse Practitioner who took over the visit. was not happy, she sent or the dumb AI sent the WRONG prescription into my mail order. I am usually very pleased with my Visits with Larissa, but this was horrible, violated my personal private appt.
