Very bad service . The lady in the front desk not only she is very mean ,she scheduled my wife’s appointment on a holiday ,she showed up and find the office close in July 3rd ,when she called to get rescheduled, they put her a month away and she is struggling with very severe insomnia.The wait in the waiting room is very long ,so if you have an appointment at 12pm,just show up at 1 cause they’ll make you wait at least an hour . No one in this office ever seems to answer the phone. It doesn't matter what day or time I call—I am always sent to voicemail. And even though the voicemail says someone will return your call, they never do. The customer service is terrible. They are inefficient, unresponsive, and irresponsible.

Avoid! Unless you like repeatedly changed diagnosis, no call backs, offices not communicating and more. This place wasted 3 sleep studies to diagnose me and then tell me I don’t qualify based on the meds I was on. He instead prescribed something that knowingly irritates my heart condition. They didn’t listen and left me with a very poor condition that’s call IH. I’m switching and leaving reviews to warn others. Avoid the hassle.
