Not impressed. Turn over happens a lot. Front office staff aren’t the best. You have to make an appointment the month of, but they won’t tell you which day to call because the doctors don’t always update their schedule on time. Care is also focused on weight, not pre-existing conditions of the patient. My mom has lung cancer, COPD, emphysema, and long covid and they only focused on her weight for improving her care after giving her a shortened version of the oxygen qualification test (it should be 5 minutes around the buildi... read more
First off!!! The Doctor himself was very nice and easy to work with..... Now the Staff, This is a totally different story. Besides being totally rude in office on my first visit. They never did any follow up. I went 2 months without any contact... EVEN when i called into the office more then 15 times.. When I would get in contact with someone in the office I would be put on hold and forgot about. one day i was put on hold 3 times.. Until the office was closed. This staff is a total wreck. 5 people in the office to do the job... read more
