Dr. Bohner is wonderful. The staff, however, are a total waste of space. I've been waiting for a rx for oxygen for weeks. Also waiting for test results. So upsetting and frustrating.

Wait time is unacceptable. Communication from the office about treatment and tests is non-existent. They are not part of the SJ-UMMS patient portal so phone calls are the only way to attempt to get information and they are never returned.

I called on Thursday and got an appointment for Friday with the nurse practice. Very professional. She listened to me and ensured that all my concerns were addressed. Thank you.

14 business days since my sleep study and still no results. Tech said she will call with results. So if she is going to call me why is there a button to push on the phone menu to get results which always goes to voice mail? Isn't this what these people are in the business of doing? This doesn't give me a lot of confidence. Maybe they are too busy tending to those needing critical care as their name implies. I've had a CPAP before. This should be a matter of routine.
