Extremely difficult to navigate the entry with a wheelchair. No ramps to get up on the sidewalk and no electric door openers. Staff was unwilling/unable to help us open the door. EDIT to add: was informed there is a ramp for wheelchairs but it's 1 building away from the entrance.

They do not return calls or follow up. They were sending me in for testing I have let them know I never heard anything 6 months later still nothing. Tried to leave a message today on machine it will not allow you to leave message asks for a code.

Not the worst place, being seen by the doctor was great. He answered all my questions and got me an at home sleep study right away. However, they do not take coordinating care (prescriptions, referrals, and working with DME suppliers) after the visit seriously. It took two weeks and three phone calls, for them to finally send over the additional info then needed to submit authorization for my CPAP, after they said they would do it. I had a great experience here. Idk who the other reviewers were dealing with, but they got me back quick and into testing. Once I was done doctor Bahoora went over everything with me and answered my many many questions. So glad I was referred here! Oh and they called to confirm the appointment! 5 stars!
