I had three sleep studies done and never received a copy of my records. I was working with the Veteran's Administration to have my disability rating updated. The VA couldn't get the records either and I was denied rating. They are not a good resource for veterans.
Sleep study was performed. Discussed results with the PA. She stated she was going to submit an order for me to get another CPAP machine. Medicare rejected request because my current CPAP is only 3 years old. PA called me back to explain this to me. She said she was going to call a place in Aiken for me to take my machine to get the air pressure increased 6-16. Took my machine to Aiken the came out to the lobby took my machine, walked to another room, turned around and walked back without changing in pressure. Then she said ... read more
Wonderful from beginning at Registration to being scheduled for Sleep Study. Sooooo simple. PA Julie and Lou were professional and outstanding.
WAS DENIED ENTRY AND CARE TO DR. JOSEPH'S OFFICE TODAY BECAUSE I HAD MY DISABLED VETERAN SERVICE DOG WITH ME...STAFF MEMBER BLOCKED ENTRANCE TELLING ME THAT DOG IS NOT COMING IN... VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW WATCH THE FALLOUT FROM THIS DISCRIMINATORY ACTION.
This place is a joke avoid at all costs.
