They suck
Don't expect a call back. You will need to keep on top of them, by calling back and checking the status of your order for durable medical goods. I left multiple messages for one person that were never returned. When I called to check status, they told me that my order was held up because they were going to call me to make certain I knew that I had a deductible to fulfill. Were going to? When? I will upgrade this review if service improves. So far, they don't seem to care much.
called on 6-29-14 at 5pm to have an emergency technician help my mother with her suction machine because it stopped working last night. They said no one can come out to her house until Monday, so if she stops breathing now, she should just call 911, since no one at your office can send a person out to replace or fix her suction machine. I spoke to Chris, and he said there is nothing he can do until Monday.
