Went there, staff was awesome. However, I had paid in full in June, Then I get a new statement on 7/31 showing what insurance didn't pay. Get multiple phone calls, only a couple have they left a message. Saying the collections department is taking care of it. My bill says CURRENT charges, not 30, 60 or 90 days. He needs more studies, but will not be going there.
Worst place EVER! We were 18 mins late after driving in poor weather conditions just to be greeted with hostility and rudness! When we tried to explain that we did our best to get there on time she raised her voice and said we were 30 mins late and that was not true. I looked at the time and wer were exactly 18 mins. late. I worked in a medical office for 15 yrs before my disability and I never would have treated any one of my patients that way. We spoke to Sandy twice that day and she knew how important this appointment was... read more
