Staff extremely rude. Doesn't follow through to make sure insurance companies get what they need so bills end up not being covered. Called to ask for help and a more legible bill for the insurance....this has been a on going issue since September 2024 it is now the end of January 2025 and they are rude and unwilling to help. I will absolutely NEVER go to pullman regional hospital again. I ask for a manager to help me and staff lies and says one isn't available and they have no clue when one will be back.
