Honest to god the worst hospital I've ever been to. Weren't even able to detect my shoulder dislocation or even the fact i just had a seizure and sent me home with my shoulder still dislocated. Would highly not recommend if you value your health. The best they can do is send a canned response to every negative review while thanking the people who praise them.
I went in for a CT scan of my chest and abdomen and the tech only did the abdomen. She called me to come back for the rest of the scan when I was driving home. The hospital charged me twice despite it being their mistake. The billing department was insistent.
I was in 2 weeks ago for total knee replacement and from the moment I stepped through the doors I was treated like a king. From reception to nurses to everyone in surgery I was kept up to date on what was going to happen. I'm getting my second knee done there and wouldn't trust any other place close by. The surgery doctor even ask my wide if he himself could get her anything. What a spectacular experience. Thanks to all who were there for me. Night shift was excellent as well. Had an amazing experience delivering my baby boy at PRH. The OR staff were great and did an amazing job making me feel safe during my c-section. My nurses during recovery were very attentive and caring. My babys pediatrician is with the Residency Center and both Dr Perrin and Dr Hall checked on baby every day and made my family feel reassured in his care and health!
I delivered my daughter in Spokane and the care that I received was top tier compared to Pullman. After birth (cesarean) the nurse didn’t help me up out of bed when I could barely lift myself up from being sore after just being cut open. The nurses didn’t know how to do basic math when it came to preparing formula I tried to tell them but it was their way. The night time nurses don’t speak to the day nurses so they were everywhere.
