They lost our COVID test and it took them a week to admit it after giving me the run around. Good thing this wasn’t an emergency, like a pandemic or something. I will be using Moscow Quick Care or Gritman Medical for all my medical needs.
I went to this location a month ago because I am a student at the University of Idaho and Pullman ReadyCare was listed as one of the few in network places around the immediate area. There is a reason why the overall rating is so low, and in hindsight I would’ve rather driven 1.5 hours to go elsewhere in the Coeur d’Alene/Spokane region. I’ve been here twice for urgent and treatable conditions, the second time under directions from a specialist. They turned me away both times.
