I raised a maintenance ticket for my AC 10 days ago, and no one has responded yet. When I followed up, the leasing manager’s response was: “Learn how to survive without AC. I’m also living without AC.” This is in the middle of summer, which makes the situation even more frustrating. I was honestly shocked to hear that instead of receiving an update on when the issue would be addressed.
I got to live at Lexington Concord for three years while getting my masters from WIU, and I cannot recommend them enough. James is kind, responsive, and committed to every resident, and Hailey is someone who will guarantee that a problem you are having is addressed promptly and completely. Whenever I submitted a maintenance request, it was always fixed to a high degree of satisfaction and did not warrant ongoing attention. I love living here! The complex is always clean and the staff is truly amazing. It is clear they take pride in making sure everything runs smoothly. I am really happy to call this place home and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live. And it is the best value in town.
This is a great apartment community! James and Hayley are professional, responsive and pleasure to work with. The grounds are consistently well maintained, which really adds to overall experience. Highly recommend
