As a Maintenance Director in the upstate of South Carolina, I have used many different restoration companies. Pulliam is the best restoration company I have ever used. I've known a few folks at Pulliam for some time but never had to call them for service so I've been really impressed with them and how well they handled a flood from a burst pipe at a co-worker's home even though I know they do mostly commercial jobs. We contacted Pulliam the night of hurricane Helene because we had flooding in our house. They had a project manager on site at our house by 8:00 the next morning with equipment to help us. They did a great job of explaining the process to us and what to expect in terms of cleaning and drying our house out. They were also very adept at helping us navigate the insurance process. Pulliam made what was a very traumatic experience, bearable and manageable. I would not hesitate to use Pulliam again.
