This location is so disorganized, so run down, its sad that they are still open. Currently at there Charlotte location, and will not come back. And I’ve been to other locations and there staff and maintenance is nothing like this. Regardless of what day you visit, should have ample wheelbarrows. Was told even though they have golf carts to rent, there all unable to use.. but when i was walking the yard a customer was using one, so how are you going to tell me they don’t work when you have customers using them in the yard???
