Run the opposite way! Do not trust this company. They will defraud you. I asked for weekly pool service/maintenance. They come when they feel like it. Pool turned green so I called him. His excuse was he didn't have enough workers. Finally came to check and said it was the motor. He asked for 500 in advance to replace motor and parts. I gave him the money. 3 and half weeks later, pool is still not functional. Now he says it might be the wiring and thinks it will be over 1700. So much for weekly service I told him. No termina los trabajos. No contesta el teléfono, no contesta los mensajes. No viene hacer las limpiezas. Mal funcionamiento de la alberca y ni la terminó. .
Talked with Pulido on the afternoon of 05-06-21 at 5:09pm. He said he would show up at my house around 8:30 pm because he was still working. I told him I would wait for him. I messaged him at 8:31pm. He never replied nor did he call me back. HORRIBLE customer service. How the HECK do these people stay in business?!
