Over priced and rude. Charged for something that they couldn’t even fix. Take complete advantage of people- look elsewhere unless you have a money tree.
RecommendedExcellent and quick service. Pulido’s replaced my air compressor, window locks and did an oil change and did not charge me exorbitant prices. They have integrity and I will recommend them to many of my friends.
They do an excellent job in a timely manner with fair and transparent pricing all of which is exceedingly rare in the automotive business
We recently purchased a used Volvo and took it to Pulidos to have them check it out. They shot us straight on what the car really needed and charged us a good rate. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have our business for life.
Rick and Rob are the best! I have a 1979 VW Super Beetle Convertible Triple Black Epilogue Edition. I just acquired it about 9 months ago. Been driving great until this past weekend. When it wouldn't start, I called and they recommended a great tow service. They called me to let me know it arrived and knew what was wrong. It only took two days for them to fix with a new starter, brakes and fuel line. The charge was also very reasonable. Great service and honest pricing! Wonderful things to have in a mechanic!

As a folllow up to my auto repair rant of yesterday, and to show I’m an equal opportunity complainer/complimenter, I want to sing praises for Rob Ringgold and Rick and the team at Pulido’s Auto Service on Atlantic across from Bishop Kenny. I’ve used these guys before ... repeatedly... and continue to get friendly, fast service, quality work and great prices.
