Kat is the best! She is kind, professional, meticulous and excellent at her job. I brought in a several very sentimental rings my late father made me. Kat and her team did an excellent job resizing them for me. I will definitely continue to come back to this very reputable family business.
I was so grateful for the superb service from Pulido Jewelers starting from my initial call to Kat for an appointment. I had my diamond ring unsuccessfully sized three times by another jewelry repair at a reputable store. Pulido's expert jeweler fitted my diamond ring with a custom spring insert so that it went easily over my enlarged knuckle. He also fixed several issues that were previously missed by other jewelers. Followup was great as well. They are a quality and trust worthy establishment.
