Nick took my call in the middle of the night when I was in quite a panic experiencing a leak due to an issue with my flat roof. He helped me troubleshoot and was there the next day to inspect and come up with a plan. He gave me options based on what he saw and provided what I believe were fair prices for the scope of work.
