PJC went above and beyond excellent customer service. I have been looking for the Marry Me Trollbead charm for my bracelet for months now. I wanted to buy it from PJC as opposed to buying it on line... #shoplocal. PJC tracked down my boss, who tracked down my husband, to let him know they had one in stock finally....just in time for Valentine's Day! I was completely surprised! What a sweet story behind a charm that shows the life of my husband and I. Thank you all!
