You need to do yourself a favor and work with Trey Smith. He was able to put me in the right truck for my needs without any of the "baggage" that some car sales folks are notorious for. Trey is a straight shooter, and I never felt any pressure to purchase the vehicle. I also can't recommend the Finance Manager, Deb Marcum, enough as well. I went here to get my car worked on,they took the front bumper cover off and checked what they needed to check and put the cover back on. said I needed an inner cooler which I did.so to check my car i was charged $500 That wasnt the worst of it ,I got home and opened the hood on my car and the engine cover is missing. Two days later I installed the new Inner Cooler for the turbo and realize im missing two plastic brackets off the bottom. I call the dealer and get scheduled an appointment to come in and get my missing parts.... read more

Customer come first , Saturdays is the busy day for all service . Selling and service ,but service department  stops taking vehicles at 11:00am.  Which poor service . Most dealers open late on Saturday s .

I knew what car I wanted to look at and called ahead, the sales kid was able to have it out front when I got there and we road tested it. No brainer for him, don't remember his name. Finance guy, Mike I think, tried slipping in the extended warranty after I made it clear I wasn't interested, and I had to make him redo the paperwork to remove it, all the while having to hear about how I didn't understand, and how it wasn't him, and it was all me. I believe I was discriminated against and received unfair treatment by the service department on March 30,2026. I took my vehicle in because the check engine was on and overheating. Service advisor Sedrick informed that the code received was P0375 and that the upper radiator hose was leaking coolant, the vehicle was unsafe to drive, and the part was not in stock nowhere in the world, it had to be order could take2 weeks to 2 months. Richard Chevrolet offered the best deal and has the largest inventory in the region.  I went in on a Saturday mid morning and met with Anthony Pinheiro to consider a 2026 Equinox EV. I have been leasing my cars since 1993 and was intent to lease this one.  Anthony put together an unbeatable deal and right after lunch I drove home with my new Equinox RS EV.  I am very impressed and completely satisfied with Anthony’s ability to make this a seamless transaction!

The worst customer service experience I have ever had with a dealership over 45 years. The car was towed into the shop. No one even told me it would take 24 to 48 hours for them to look at the vehicle. In fact, the rep told me it was looked at same day, and someone would be looking at it first thing the next day. When I called, I was finally told they had 48 hours to look at it, the service manager told me where I bought the car and to have it towed out of their shop to Atlantic.
