I thought that I had a good and caring doctor. Turns out that when you go to the hospital and need a simple referral and you do everything in your power to fax over everything. Taking hours out of your day and call multiple times to get in contact with your doctor its impossible. The ball was dropped by the front desk as well where neither Sophia or Maris assisted me.
