The absolute worst in service. Had a doctor’s appointment for a mammogram at Hackensack Hospital and they never sent the prescription over. Then they have an overseas answering service handling their calls. It’s the strangest thing ever. Do not recommend on this alone.
I visited Dr. Patel after being hospitalized with a kidney infection. She was very attentive and responsive to my questions. I will be transitioning my care to her for as long as I am here staying with my daughter. I am on a large number of prescription medicines and she listened and made the conversation easier than the one I had with the hospital doctor. Looking forward to a great Doctor/Patient relationship.
