I received a eye exam from Dr Puja Patel and for some reason she changed my focal distance on reading to 12" without telling me. Purchased glasses 2 weeks later from Lensecrafters and realized her assumptive error. The associates in the the store told me I could get a free re-examination. They did not tell me there was a 60 day time window on that offer. Great experience overall. The staff very friendly and Dr. Patel is professional, providing Great advice and very patient minded demeanor.
Dr Loonat was very attentive to my eye care needs and set a plan in motion for my next steps. Will definitely be using mindful eye are again.
