I purchased a couple of custom italian charms for my mother in 2013. I was happy, so now that I'm married and have kids I decided to purchase more for her in 2017. Unfortunately I'm not able to customize the charms the way I had in 2013 so contacted Pugster via their advertised email link at ****@pugster.com. I have emailed twice with no response.
