Shop all you want but this is where you will buy your new Ford! If you are looking for a quick, no nonsense purchase I highly recommend Steve Smith (GM) and Mike Schaefer (Sales). These two had a very complicated car deal (upside down) sorted out and ready for us to buy in less than 4 hours. All done through phone calls and texts. I requested information late at night about several vehicles several places. Brian Sheldon from Pugmire was the first to call me the next morning. made appointment for that day. Brian is so down to earth; he made me feel like I was visiting a friend. Gave me good price on trade in and good deal on new truck. Would highly recommend!
I sent in a information request about a vehicle online and got a response the next day, I sent it late at night, Brian Sheldon worked with me from start to finish. He was great, very informative and just an overall great attitude and a pleasure to be around. He never once tried to pressure me and if he didn't have the answer I was needing he would go find it. Would definitely come back to Pugmire, not only are their prices great the people are too, and Brian will be my first call.
