I explained my concerns to your associate, Ricky Taylor. He assured me that everything could be checked at the Carrollton location. My car was ready an hour earlier than expected! And them delivering my car to my office afterwards was top tier service!!! Ricky always makes sure I’m taken care of!!!

There was actually an error when I made a text appointment for recall work, but when I went to pick my car up, they had done an oil change by mistake. But, they quickly remedied this error. They apologized…I was not charged for oil change…..and they sent the mobile service to my home within 48 hours to complete recall work….. I was more than happy with this resolution and will continue to be a loyal Pugmire customer!
My experience with Pugmire Ford has been an excellent one . From scheduling to mid- repair communication to pick up and payment , I encounter nothing but professionalism and courteous treatment . They also do a great job in the repairs and vehicle service aspects . I would recommend Pugmire to anyone who wants things done right ! So yeah , I’m happy with Pugmire service ! I haven’t bought a vehicle from them yet . So that needs to be my next endeavor with the people I’ve come to trust!
