Popped into Puglia on the off chance, as it looked like a traditional Italian restaurant. We were welcomed, seated and served very quickly and pleasantly. The food was excellent. My daughter plumped for a traditional lasagne, I went for the Vegetali Rollatini. Very reasonable prices, and a smart, atmospheric restaurant, playing swing in the background.... brilliant.
Horrible waitress services! The manager didn't present himself in a professional manner

The waiter is super rude. We tried to ignore him, when the food finally arrived an hour later he forgot to place my order. I asked to speak to manager. Waiter lied to me and said he was not here. I stopped another waiter Nicholas from Germany he was kind and pelite. The manager came. I hope this place hires more people like Nicolas. In my opinion he deserves to be manager, since he handled this bad experience in a professional manner.
My friends and I were impressed that you had an extremely well priced lunch special on a Saturday afternoon! At $10.50 we got garlic bread, soup or salad, and an entree. Food was spectacular and didn't lack in anything!!! Staff was also friendly. At this time of year when folks are holiday shopping and trying to stretch every dollar we appreciated it! It has been put on our "go to list" when we visit that part of NYC again! Thank you!

My daughter Paige & I had dinner there while we were in New York and it was wonderful. The chicken parmesan was excellent and my daughter said the spaghetti was the best ever with the giant meatball, yes it was also our first ever authentic Italian dining experience. And the entertainment was excellent, thank you Jorge Buccio for making our dining experience the best ever.
