ILLEGAL ACTS BY PUGI MANAGEMENT I HAVE LIVED IN DOWNERS GROVE FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS AND HAVE PURCHASED THREE CARS FROM THIS DEALER. THE LAST TIME I WAS AT THE DEALERSHIP TO PURCHASE ANOTHER HYUNDAI THEY TOLD ME THAT THE REBATE HAD TO BE ADDED TO THE SELLING PRICE AND THEN THEY TAKE THE REBATE OFF THE BOTTOM TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE CASH DOWN. Very Best Dealer Around Despite the comments below, I had an excellent experience at Pugi. The manager Joe and the Salesman Jasen who sold me my Volkswagen Passat were extremely professional. I will advise anyone to go to Pugi for their next vehicle.
I bought an Atlas in January 2021. My fianc bought an Atlas in June 2021 at a different dealer (due to the car shortage). While we were at the different dealer, I find out my "special low interest rate " Pugi "went out of their way" to go find for me is in fact just the standard VW interest rate. There is my first issue. Second issue: apparently there is a bumper-to-bumper warranty available for up to 10 years that I was never offered. Third issue: IVE CALLED 5 TIMES IN THE LAST 4 WEEKS AND NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK. Three of... read more

I went to the dealership today to test drive a car. Although the CX- 5 and CX-9 we're at the top of my list, I would never buy a car without a test drive first. With mask on I entered the showroom and was approached by a man with his mask under his nose and so loose I could see his lips. I was surprised as I thought most businesses were working hard on making it safe to do business with them.
