Paulo was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to help me set up my pool app and made sure I understood how to operate everything. Excellent service!

The absolute worst experience in dealing with local pool companies. I stopped by the office September 19th and was greeted by a nice lady name Erika who said she doesn’t schedule appointments and will have their service team reach out. She followed up with an email providing me with dates and times of possible appointments which I responded to right away highlighting two dates and times I would be available. Don't do business with this company! They do poor quality work, have poor customer service and refuse to honor their work. They failed to make repairs prior to resurfacing and wouldn't honor their warranty when issues arose, couldn't install coping right, improperly installed a salt system causing electricity to flow into the filter, failed to add salt when hired to maintain the pool after the resurface.
