One bad ex-employee doesn't make a business bad. That video was from 2017. Rating them one star for something an ex-employee did 9 years ago is completely unfair to the company.
Customer service was great! The craftsmanship and attention to detail were impeccable. I highly recommend their services!!!!
Be careful who you hire. An employee driving a company truck is on YouTube for picking up a 12 year old. Gross. That drunken idiot could have been installing a pool? Are you kidding?
