Don't do business with this company! They do poor quality work, have poor customer service and refuse to honor their work. They failed to make repairs prior to resurfacing and wouldn't honor their warranty when issues arose, couldn't install coping right, improperly installed a salt system causing electricity to flow into the filter, failed to add salt when hired to maintain the pool after the resurface. After a month away from home, came home to find a fallen branch had damaged my equipment. I had family arriving the next day. Pugh ordered the parts and got me up and running the next day. Excellent response time and customer service. I use Pugh for my weekly cleaning/service too. Their tech is always polite and professional. I highly recommend Pugh for weekly service and on going maintenance. They are the best.

My wife and I scheduled an appointment with this pool company well in advance and even took time off work to accommodate it. Unfortunately, they never showed up. What’s worse, we didn’t receive a call or any notice that they’d be late or unable to make it. When we reached out to ask what was going on, they simply said they were at another appointment and wouldn’t be able to make it that day—then asked to reschedule.
