Pugh's Flowers is #1 on Poplar Best florist in Memphis! I have used Pugh's Poplar for over 20 years and am always more than happy with the results. One time they had to transfer my order to their Whitten Road store and that was a huge mess. I now make sure if they can not fill my order to change my order to something they have in stock!
