I can’t say enough good things. Two weeks ago I called (I live out of state) and ordered 25 blue roses to be delivered today in Pascagoula. From the fantastic customer service over the phone to the beautiful flowers that were delivered today, everything was handled wonderfully. Thank you all so much!
My father passed away in 1990, and they did an excellent job then. My sister passed away unexpectedly a couple of weeks ago and I was on my way to the funeral when I called in the order. Distraught as well as driving the girl on the phone asked me how much I wanted to spend and I told her I was more interested in getting a nice spray than the price. We were visiting from out of town for a funeral. The florist I had ordered flower from cancelled the order 45 minutes before the visitation. (Some kind of supply issue. This was done by email so fortunately I happened to check it before leaving for the funeral.) in a panic I called Pugh’s florist. The sweet lady on the phone assured me they could get flowers there by service time , in about 2 hours.
