April was the best thing that happened to our home search. We spent 5 years searching for our retirement home in the PNW. As we were moving from St Louis it was a drawn out process and April was there every step of the way. She would spend time with us every time we were in town. April eventually helped us find our home within walking distance of Alki Beach in West Seattle. The clearest statement of how much we trusted April was the fact that the eventual home we purchased my wife signed off on sight unseen.
