The website says they serve the puget sound area, but this is incorrect. The guy that answered says they only serve Granite Falls. Just an FYI...
We were charged $275 for Tony to just come out. He didn't even open our empty hottub which was already functioning. We simply wanted some education and a kick start in how to operate and maintain it (we've never owned one before). All we got were emails with two one page PDFs. I understand it takes time to come out to clients but charging $275 for 10 minutes of chatting and two education pages is atrocious.
Top-notch hot tub repair!!! These guys are the best!
