Nice guy, easy to communicate with, and knows his stuff. Worth the call!
These guys really know their hot tubs! I was impressed that not only do they do repair, but because they're licensed electricians, they can also move, install and LEGALLY wire the tub - including installing a dedicated electrical panel at the tub site. They sell hot tub covers of any shape, size or color, and they can do custom fabrication in wood or metal for specialized needs. The website says they serve the puget sound area, but this is incorrect. The guy that answered says they only serve Granite Falls. Just an FYI...
We were charged $275 for Tony to just come out. He didn't even open our empty hottub which was already functioning. We simply wanted some education and a kick start in how to operate and maintain it (we've never owned one before). All we got were emails with two one page PDFs. I understand it takes time to come out to clients but charging $275 for 10 minutes of chatting and two education pages is atrocious.
