I called him and he told me he wouldn't be able to come out for a few weeks but offered to hear my concerns. After talking with him I have a better idea of how to handle the situation and save myself some money. If you want an honest business this is your company. Thanks again!

Hello Erik, You came to inspect our house about a month ago and you gave us lots of good recommendations. We are very grateful for your time and efforts. One of the things you suggested to us was to put some peanuts in each of the two crawl spaces in our attic as a way to monitor for any rat activity. That was a great idea! Erik and team were really great at servicing our property. They are patient in explaining the services, answering doubts/questions about treatment options and most importantly, effective.
