I've had positive experiences with the staff and providers, but their patient portal website is terrible. I can't change my payment method, statements are missing, and the transactions do not align with what I see on my card statements. Sometimes the ability to message my provider also becomes broken. I think this could be a great service if they could fix their patient portal.
I’ve had such a great experience with this clinic. Counselor Andrea Davis has skillfully and warmly helped me navigate a challenging time in my life.
Every interaction I’ve had with this team has been simply incredible. I have a lot of belief in their reproach to psychotherapy, and I’m grateful for their presence.
Horrible! You have a very lengthy application process, and this could be very helpful, but it's not in your case. You made me list medications. Transcribe my traumatic events. Go through lists of people/Doctors, and more.... Just to get to a page(not a person) that makes me enter more information. I'm desperately reaching out for help, and You made me go through, Every.
