This is a place where you have to watch every single charge as they are great at stealing from bank accounts. They charge me multiple deductibles per year, “accidentally” swap insurance info to jam up claims and force cash payments while then getting insurance repayments. They do some shady billing there. Noah, Mary and Oliver are the biggest offenders. I stopped seeing an amazing therapist because of all of the theft from my debit cards. I've had positive experiences with the staff and providers, but their patient portal website is terrible. I can't change my payment method, statements are missing, and the transactions do not align with what I see on my card statements. Sometimes the ability to message my provider also becomes broken. I think this could be a great service if they could fix their patient portal.

I’ve had such a great experience with this clinic. Counselor Andrea Davis has skillfully and warmly helped me navigate a challenging time in my life.

Every interaction I’ve had with this team has been simply incredible. I have a lot of belief in their reproach to psychotherapy, and I’m grateful for their presence.
