Dr kim is the worst Dr I have ever met. His racists comments. His horrible bedside manner and his lack of knowledge was very disappointing will Never take my dad back to endure the pain he created and the ignorance he has toward polish people. .the music up front was loud and it wasn't very professional.

Front office (wonderful people) Dr Kim nurse very kind , Dr needs people skills seems judmental, harsh and abrasive. Never will I referr a person that needs help to seek care from this clinic. I have never complained about a provider in my life untill now.

Never have I felt so catorgorized this provider needs a very large peice of humble pie there is no compassion , they have a problem desifering who needs help and who doesent. I was told thre was nothing he can do for me ive been I the medical field for 10 years worked with 32 Doctors and never have I expdrienced a provider to be so non compassionate afterwards I was told therd was nothing he could do foe me he got up and walked out leaving me and to sit there alone. I have buldging disc DJD siatica and arthritis and have had years of chiro care therapy and imaging and I was an active participant in activity programs im 50 now and can not even fold laudry my life has changed and there is NOTHING he can do for me humble yourself Dr Kim you are not God .Cheryl Barnett

Staff is very unfriendly, treat you like you are just seeking pain pills and don't actually listen to their patient who knows what works for them and they insisted that I change my medication to a much stronger substance than I was taken even after I said I didn't want anything stronger as I have to work full time and would like to live a somewhat normal active live. When I complained I was told it was my fault that my medication was changed and when I said the new medication was not working and I was having to take more then prescribed I was told I couldn't come in early so that I could hopefully go back to what worked for me and was told I will just have to go through withdrawals and deal with it even though I've been on pain medication for nearly two years. Basically no regard to my health, well being and mental state of having to deal with going through pain and of course horrible withdrawals.

I would say dont go there. I was a pacient of this clinic for 3 years. When I lost my job, I started oweing them alot of money. I did what I could. I finally got medical through the state so that I could fill my last prescription (that the doctor gave me). This prescription reuired a doctors signature. Since I owed them money, the doctor would not sign it. So, now I cant afford to by my meds. You would think that a doctor would stand behind his prescriptions that he gives pacients.

I was very apprehensive to go to a pain management clinic but am so glad I did. They have treated me with such respect and actually have found a regiman that allows me to be nearly pain free so that I can live my life again. The girls up front are very nice, and I have been happy with both Dr. Kim and Kathy. The office is kind of old and small, but the care is great. Thank you all!
