We had a terrible experience using Puget Sound Moving, I actually can’t even say we worked with them, they didn’t do our move. On the morning of our move the truck and crew arrived on time. They did a walkthrough of our home which was 2 stories, all details we provided. The crew said they couldn’t move us cause we had “too much to move”. They said it would take 8 hours instead of 5-6 hours. We agreed to the new time frame with their representative on the phone. Puget Sound Moving is the best moving company I have worked with. I have done 2 moves with them. So easy to book with them and the customer service is top notch! They are all very friendly, processional and really take the time and extra care of your items to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend them!
